The Full Moon is a perfect point to invite endings, and welcome a cycle centred in release. Each month I channel a theme in keeping with the energetic focus flowing through the planetary alignment around the Full Moon. Through Guided Meditation the life area connected with the theme is explored to activate transformation and let go connections with elements that do not serve.
