The first HFCH session lasts an hour and fifteen minutes. It involves discussion about you and your relational patterns. This helps to establish energetic focus for the physical aspects of the healing, which involves a bespoke combination of Crystals, Channelled Energies, and Visualisation to align you with your Pure Potential in a distinct and individualised way.
Any subsequent sessions are 45 minutes long, and booked in packages of 4.
